• I’ve designed service models used by hundreds of thousands of people, generating real-world impact like: 16 tonnes of electricals reused per community every year; tens of millions of pounds saved by members

• I love speaking, from the UN to the BBC. I was named in Management Today's Top 35 Under 35 Women in Business
